Have you ever wondered what comes after the major healing work is done?
What happens when you’ve done the therapy, grieved the losses, set the boundaries, and reclaimed yourself—and now find yourself asking: “Who am I now? And what do I want to create?”
Living Undaunted is a space for women learning to enjoy the life that deep healing makes possible.
Through personal essays, reflections on slow living in the South of France, relationships, beauty, purpose, and the long arc of transformation, we’ll explore what it means to move beyond survival mode into flourishing in a life that feels fully lived — and fully yours.
Think of this space as a soft hammock to crawl into and rest, whether you’re just starting out, in the messy middle or entering the long-awaited harvest that follows the many years of inner work.
What you’ll find here
I write on the following four areas:
1. Healing the Mother Wound
Dismantling the patriarchal conditioning within ourselves and in our families. Breaking the cycle of female pain passed down through generations and becoming the loving inner mother to ourselves.
Integration
What comes after the intense healing work is done. Who we become when our sense of self is no longer organized around the wound.
Personal Sovereignty
The adventure of showing up fully — both alone and with others. Radical individuality AND radical openness to connection.
Slow Living in the South of France
Behind-the-scenes dispatches from life abroad. Savoring pleasure, beauty, and slower living as the nervous system heals on deeper somatic levels.

I write from Nice, in the South of France, where I moved in 2025. Year two is about asking questions I don't yet have answers to — and inviting you to reflect alongside me.
I’d love to have you here.
